The European Tax Analyzer" in the centre of the European Economic Research has brought it to light:
With 45% (!) the burden of taxation on the employers in Germany is higher than in Great Britain (23.7%)! (see enclosed article from: DIE WELT", 6th Dec.1995).
This is the reason why more and more employers found their EUROPEAN - LTD." in the shape of a LIMITED COMPANY. Even if you conclude your businesses exclusively in Germany, Austria, Italy or Sweden, the LIMITED in Germany is absolutely legal (see 11th decision of the EC Council Directive No. 99666/CCE from 21st De. 1989). Moreover you get a European VAT-Registration for all your businesses within Europe
Your London office is at your disposal for all matters. Your company is no Accommodation address" here, but a foreign branch/Head Office. Your trade in Germany can be normally registered at the local authorities, also a registration at the local register of companies as an independent subsidiary is possible without any problems at any time.
With your new LIMITED you moreover have the possibility to open bank accounts in the whole world. The tax return (for the first time after 18 months) is annually drawn up in the shape of a so called Balance Sheet". This corresponds to a usual profit- and loss calculation (incl. all deductions, costs, salaries etc.) and can on request be done by our office. We have direct contact with your tax inspector.
You decide the amount of your company capital (certainly also in DM, ATS or any other currency of your request) and the amount of shares of it you and your partner take on. The ordinary share need not be paid in!
The English register of companies -on special request - also issues a so called Certificate of Good Standing", which is a kind of certificate, stating that the company has got a clean record concerning the conduct of the register of companies. All details about directors etc. can there be registered on request. If you should once need such a certificate, you can certainly order it at our office.
