For people who do not have the proof of nationality of an EC country it is relatively difficult to get a residence and working permit within the EC.

But even if you are in possession of a residence and working permit within the EC, the disadvantages can though not be overlooked:

This possibility arises from the contract of Maastricht, according to which every natural and legal entity or person within those countries which signed this contract have a free residence and working permit.

This means that you as the owner of a company of an EC country can claim these above mentioned rights within the entire EC, and all this absolutely legal.

The simplest variant for non-EC-citizens would provide the foundation of an English Limited (Ltd.) company, which is also chosen by people from other EC countries, who want to start their own businesses, because a quick carrying out is guaranteed and in comparison to company foundations in other states only small costs arise.
