Cyber City
Clusters of cortical neurons at the top, analysis and control centres
floating in the middle,
and below, the more primitive emotional reaction centres together with
the memory archives of the brain,
enclosing the power centres that provide the energy resources of the
system,
chanelled up from the rest of the body via the spinal coloumn.

Command and Control
Command neurons compare the on-going current map of reality, built up
on incoming data from the senses,
with standard maps of reality based on experience and
stored in the memory archives of the brain.
Assessing the situation, the command neurons issue neccessary orders
to different parts of the body,
initiating appropriate reactions to stimuli from the outside world. Decisions
are also made as to how much
of this information should be shared with the conscious
mind.
