The Medicine man
A man all alone in the kingdom of cars
he stands by a stone and prays to the stars
Feathers in his hat and the bones in a ring
the wind starts to roar as he starts to sing
He seeks the things that he ought to know
to track you down where ever you go
He's making twisted crimes in his twisted mind
The medicine man he knows your every plan
The medicine man he'll do the best that he can
to wipe you away with the things that you say
`cause he is, he is the medicine man
The pills that he takes and the potion he drinks
makes him see the future, oh what terrible things
You're strapped to a post and you can't get away
your hand starts to bleed then you notice the pain
A man of evil in a tribal way
in search for the power from his tribal days
He's a scary old boy with scary old toys
You can hide beneath your window
You can lie on the telephone
You can turn all your lamps down low
but he knows when you are home
No use in seeking company
when the goast it starts to moan
Itīs all the same to him you see
`cause he knows, he knows when you're alone
You're not the first and won't be the last
who'll learn to live with his horrible past
forgotten is your face, forgotten is your name
and all the things that will never be the same
what once was is no more
like a wave it dies on a distant shore
there is nothing you can say that will make it go away
