[leadership] I have been a basketball coach for about 12 years, and I have had both boys and girls. So why am I dragging that up, what has coaching basketball with being a project manager or a company leader. Well it's like this, it doesn't matter what kind of group it is, it will still be about teamwork. Leadership/coaching is about getting a group of people, often with different values and skills to work together as a team, and get that team to play for the team and not for them self's. For a leader, the most important task is to always see the goal, and then get the team to achieve that goal. There are a lot of qualities that a leader should have, but I mean is there something like the perfect human being? Here are my thoughts of what qualities that are essential for a leader: · Humble · Be able to delegate · Determined · Field knowledge · Flexibility · Respect for peoples thoughts. And hey, you got to give everybody a chance to express themselves. They might teach you something.

[the kind of person, I am] Let's not deny it, I'm a self-confident guy, I believe in myself, in the way that I can achieve whatever I set my mind to. But for that matter, I don't treat people with disrespect. The way I want it to work, is an old cliché, "treat people the way you want to be treated". Ok, I'm a patriot, but no racist, and I do want to live in another country for a longer period of time, just for the need of knew experiences and another culture. Growth is a need I constantly try to achieve, that's why I like this business, you have the chance to grow, because you always got to learn new things to keep up with the opposition. People in general find me very outgoing as a person and sometimes even like a joker, I don't really mind that, I'm not scared of making a fool out of myself. I think that's a good quality, you got to dare to win. My goal is to become one of the best project managers in this business. And I'm going to accomplish that, believe me.

	This is the first complete site I created. Sense I was studying a webmaster course, they asked me if I could consider doing there website. So I did, and now I have also taken on the responsibility to update it in my sparetime, on the terms that they provide me with the content. The site was released on the 12 of may, after a lot of hard work, joy and viruses, I have reashed the goalline and I´m really happy about the result. Check it out. [www.bindomatic.se]		This is a project that will have it's start in April. It is my first real moneymaker, I got this gig from one of my ex-coaches who has his own company. He contacted me and asked if I was interested in building a site for them. And of course, I just jumped right on it. Scheduled release in early June.
