There's a huge difference between a good movie and a really good movie. The same difference is also applied on the philosophy a bad movie really sucks ass. Since there's an unlikely possibility two persons would enjoy the same kind of movie this is the place where I'll rant about my favorites, both among the ones I own and the ones I don't own but find entertaining in one way or another.

Although I'm interested in moviemaking I would prefer tositt down, chill and watch it. Plain and simple. I don't think it's fair to say I consider this a hobby. I have a very limited knowledge when it comes to discussions such as 'how many movies has that director done' and so on but that's reallt irellevant.
Nevertheless I make daily visits to a variety of filmsites just to check out 'the latest stuff' which is very entertaining but no matter how informative it is you can't be anything but fascinated of the industry. I wouldn't go sofar as saying it's like a meatmarket but close to. Actors joins a project only to leave it later and be replaced by another one. You read about the latest gossip wether she or she will join a project 'if the script turns out to be good'. The same goes for directors who probably wishes they had a crystalball to see if their upcoming project is going straight to hell or be the next blockbuster.
